One 12-min strategy you could do today to get you closer to rediscovering your core values: (Life Timeline) 

  • Take a blank piece of paper.
  • Draw a line representing your life.
  • Mark important milestones, experiences, and events (graduations, jobs, weddings, etc) .
  • Then, take 3-minutes to reflect on each significant point and identify the values that were present during those moments.

By examining the values associated with your most memorable experiences, this will help you identify your core values and what brings you fulfillment and joy.
